Kiwi fruits are richer in vitamin C than oranges and I've combined them with avocado in this recipe which contains glutathione (a powerful antioxidant known to support immunity).
Ingredients for one:
2 kiwis, skins off
1/2 avocado (or you could use 1 frozen banana if you would prefer)
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup yoghurt/soy or nut yogurt
120ml milk/nut or soy milk
Method:
Blend in a high speed belnder and enjoy straight away.
