This is a 2 minute grain-free PCOS friendly breakfast that is super delicious and contains 23g protein! Perfect for those mornings you haven't the time to make anything elaborate!
Ingredients
120g full fat Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp flaked almonds
handful of blueberries
1 tbsp raw coconut chips
METHOD
Add your greek yoghurt to a bowl, pop in the almond butter and whip until fully combined . Then top and enjoy straight away!
