All You Need to Know

Jen Walpole is a registered Nutritional Therapist that splits her time between her Hertfordshire clinics and online clients. She is also a member of BANT (The British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and the CNHC  (Complementary and Natural Health Care Council).

It was Jen's own health struggles that led her to Nutritional Therapy, suffering with hormonal imbalances throughout her 20's and was later diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 28. Following this, it was her self learning about the importance of nutrition and a love of cooking that really helped her gain a more balanced lifestyle.  What began as a passion for healthy eating and living, led Jen to study for a three year Naturopathic Nutrition diploma in 2017 at The College of Naturopathic Medicine - a functional, evidence-based and personalised approach to nutrition that focuses on the individual as a whole whilst incorporating lifestyle factors.  Jen's aim is to help clients realise their health goals, improve their nutrition and wellbeing, whilst supporting any health issues or concerns alongside.  She has a keen interest in women's health, particularly hormone balance and typically works with clients that are experiencing irregular menstrual cycles, have been diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis or those that wish to support their fertility, pregnancy or require ante-natal or menopause support. Where necessary, Jen may need to refer you to another specialist or may work alongside fellow practitioners in natural medicine as well as those in the mental health field.
