Ingredients
2 cups (300g) chopped nuts - I used almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts, peanuts, hazelnuts
1 cup (150g) mixed seeds (sunflower and pumpkin)
2 cups (100g) coconut flakes
1 generous teaspoon cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
pinch of sea salt
METHOD
Turn the oven to 175C (fan assisted).
Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl, mix well and then add the coconut oil
To a lined baking tray, press your mixture down firmly.
Pop in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, until it starts to turn golden.
Allow to cool before storing.
