5 Minute Raspberry Smoothie For Glowy Skin

This is a simple breakfast smoothie containing skin-loving antioxidants from the raspberries and omega 3 essential fatty acids from the chia seeds. Packed full of fibre too which is also important for hormone clearance. I like to advise my clients to stock up on some frozen fruit and veggies as its a super easy and convenient way to add to smoothies and means they wont spoil and you will always have some on hand. Freeze ripe bananas by peeling and chopping up into 4 so you know how much 1 banana is.


Ingredients:

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 frozen banana

1 cube frozen spinach

1 tbsp chia seeds (ideally crush in a pestle and mortar)

1 scoop of either maca powder (energy boosting), ashwagandha (stress regulating) or greens powder (hormone clearing)

200ml unsweetened nut or soy milk

200ml filtered water


Method:

Simply add all ingredients to a high speed blender, whizz for 2-3 minutes and serve straight away.
