Fertility Prep Wellness Day

I'm super excited to share my very first live retreat with you and open up the wait list. Myself and Alex Taylor of YogAlex Flow  have decided to join forces and create a fertility focused day where you will receive the exact care, knowledge and toolkit you need to prepare your body and mind for conception. Alex specialises in Fertility Yoga, which not only helps relieve stress and anxiety but also helps increase blood flow to the reproductive organs, which we know is so important when it comes to fertility. As you know, I specialise in Fertility Nutrition, supporting individuals and couples on their fertility journey from conception through to pregnancy and beyond. This year alone, we have welcomed 2 babies into the world with 4 more on the way very soon! Alex has been running wellness days for some time now and has lots of experience in creating the perfect blend of relaxation, yoga and knowledge you can take away to support your wellness.

The day will consist of:

Two 90 minute Fertility Yoga sessions

Supplement review with myself

Body treatment such as hot stone massage

Sharing session facilitated by an expert

Nutritious lunch, healthy snacks, juice and hot drinks

Countryside walks or reading time to relax

Goody bag (current value is already approx £50-60)

The retreat will take place just 30 minutes North of London via train from St Pancras International, in the St.Albans/Harpenden area and we are aiming for the first weekend of December. Spots are limited as we would like this to be an intimate day so attendees get the most out of this. 

Cost for the day is £175 and includes a goody bag worth at least £50 to take away and support your fertility journey.
