HORMONE BALANCE

Firstly, let me tell you a little more about my journey. During my 20's, I struggled with hormone imbalances and ignored my symptoms for quite some time. After three years without a period, I finally decided to investigate my amenorrhea and was eventually diagnosed with PCOS. After this confusing diagnosis, where I was left without any further guidance, I took matters into my own hands and immersed myself into the world of nutrition and wellness.

By supporting my symptoms with a balanced and nutrient dense diet, stabilising my blood sugars, optimising my gut health and addressing my contributing lifestyle factors, my cycle eventually returned. This led me to eventually re-train to become a Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT rCNHC) as I felt passionate about this topic with a huge desire to help other women that were struggling with their cycles.

No matter what life stage you are at during your reproductive years, it is important to address hormonal signs and symptoms in order to live life to its fullest. Our body is trying to tell us something with these subtle changes and so symptoms should not be ignored. If you have been diagnosed with endometriosis or PCOS, struggle with acne, PMS-associated symptoms or are approaching menopause, then optimising your nutrition and lifestyle is key to supporting your symptoms.

The first step is to book in with me for a FREE Mini Consultation Call, where I can assess your symptoms and advise the most appropriate package for you.
